The mini TX Transmitter The
miniTX wireless microphone transmitter is designed for modern stage,
studio, and location sound recording. Comfortable and easily hidden even
in tight costumes, it is a favorite of the artists and costumers as well
as the professional sound recordist.The miniTX is small, robust and moisture resistant against sweat when worn close the body. Measuring 82mm high by 48mm wide by 16.5mm deep (3 ¼ x 1 7/8 x 5/8 inches), it weighs only 90 grams (3.2oz) -- including batteries. It can be switched On/Off, frequencies checked and changed, microphone gain adjusted and battery status monitored with the included SwitchIR infrared controller or with a Palm Pilot using free software. It can also be switched On/Off through clothing with the Control-X. The miniTX has up to 32 pre-programmed frequencies, with a switching bandwidth of up to 24MHz (the equivalent of 4 US TV channels). The miniTX runs for up to 5 hours on 2xAAA 1.5v alkaline batteries or up to 10 hours with lithium batteries. All Audio Ltd. transmitters are designed to work with the microphone of your choice.
